Beachview Tent Rentals, Inc. and its sister company Military and Disaster Solutions, Inc (d/b/a GT Party Rentals) are both full service event rental and disaster relief contractors. Beachview Tent Rentals was founded in 1999 and the purchase of GT Party Rentals was completed in the winter of 2009. Both companies were founded with the core values of service, integrity and providing quality inventory. The businesses are both fully licensed and insured and are members of the Central Contractor Registration which allows them to do business with the federal government.

Beachview Tent Rentals, Inc. is a Georgia based corporation and Military and Disaster Solutions, Inc (GT Party Rentals) is registered and headquartered in Jacksonville, FL. Both companies have a wide range of inventory and staff to support large and small scale events and different government needs. The founding partners are in the Hospitality/Lodging business and realized that they could not find the quality rental items that they wanted to have available to their resort guests. Thus, they began to acquire rental stock to support events and Beachview Tent Rentals was birthed out of this need. Our initial service area of Brunswick and the Golden Isles, has expanded to include multiple states and more specifically, Savannah, GA, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, and anywhere disasters take us.

Beachview began renting inventory to several upscale facilities including 5-Star Resorts. So began the “quality” and “service” component of the business. Those initial clients are still doing business with us today. It became apparent that to succeed in the event rental business for years to come, our name and these values must become synonymous. Should our client’s needs extend beyond our inventory capabilities, both companies have a wide range of resources and contacts to fully support any need that may come our way.
